Liability for content
While the content of our pages has been created with great care, we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness and topicality. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to section 7, paragraph 1 TMG [German Tele-Media Act] pursuant to general laws. Pursuant to TGM sections 8-10, however, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor information transmitted by or saved from third parties nor to search for circumstances that indicate unlawful activities. Obligations to remove or block the use of information pursuant to general laws shall remain unaffected by this. Liability in this respect, however, can only be assumed as of the point in time when a tangible infringement has been identified. Upon identification of such infringements we shall instantly remove the relevant content.

Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external third-party web pages, the content of which we have no influence on. We therefore make no warranty with respect to such external content. Responsibility for the content of linked pages always lies with the respective provider or operator of the pages. All linked pages were checked for infringements when the links were being created. No unlawful content was discernible when the links were being created. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages, however, is unreasonable in the absence of concrete indications of infringement. Upon identification of infringements we shall instantly remove such links.

The content and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. Third-party contributions are marked as such. Any reproduction, editing, redistribution and use outside the limits of copyright law require the written approval of the respective author or creator. Downloading and copying of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. The operators of these pages shall endeavor to always respect the copyrights of others and to use solely their own works and license-free works.

Data protection
Where personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. The use of our offers and services, to the greatest possible extent, does not require the disclosure of personal data. Note that the online data transmission (e.g. in e-mail communication) may entail security gaps. It is not possible to fully protect data from access by third parties. The use of contact details published in the context of imprint requirements by third parties to send advertising and information material, unless explicitly requested, is hereby expressly objected to. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in case of unsolicited advertising such as spam e-mails being sent.
